The Miami Dolphins have a great traveling fan base when it comes to away games. Phinvaders is a project with the goal of getting as many Dolphins fans sitting together as possible at one or more away game(s) each year.

Once the schedule is released, one or more away games will be selected. At that point, we will begin working with the selected teams for discounted group tickets, as well as contacting hotels and scouting tailgate locations. Once the tickets are printed, they will be mailed out to everyone who bought them.

The event that inspired this was the week one game of the 2009 season against the Falcons. 105 people got tickets in the same section. We had a restaurant reserved for us the night before, and had a great party. The tailgate party the next morning started out with just our 105 people, but soon attracted over 200 Dolphins fans total. It was a GREAT weekend and there were about 20,000 Dolphins fans in the Georgia Dome. But, we had the largest group sitting together by far. Why not "Phinvade" an opponent's stadium each year? I say lets do it. The more, the merrier!
